As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports shots fired at/near Frazier Ln in the Hope area during a dispute involving a vehicle. A person reportedly left the scene in a maroon Nissan Rogue after taking/attempting to take a vehicle; direction of travel may be toward the Mount Sterling area (unclear from audio).
