Elderly man walking in traffic with cart on Sagamore

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to Sagamore Parkway near a grocery store for reports of an elderly man walking along the shoulder and median with a cart in the westbound lanes, creating a possible traffic hazard as vehicles were reportedly nearly hitting him.
