Welfare check on woman possibly held at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to a location on Banquet Avenue in West Jordan to conduct a possible welfare check on a woman after an incarcerated caller reported she may be held against her will and noted she is flagged for drug abuse.
