Mother reports daughter not allowed to leave residence

Received a call from (name withheld).

She's at (number withheld),

(number withheld) Academy Road in Brookfield.

Says that she went with her 19-year-old daughter, who has Down syndrome, to a residence on Elm Street, (number withheld) Elm, and was working with (name withheld) on some paperwork for her daughter.

She is now refusing to allow the 19-year-old.

Return home with the mother.
