Man has diabetic emergency near Pine Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical service responded near Pine Street in Wellsville to an adult male experiencing a diabetic emergency and an elderly female patient with difficulty breathing. Medical units including Wells ambulance and Medic 200 were on scene.
