the Wyrton Medical Center, about 14 minutes. 013910. Got a 76-year-old male patient on the past history of an MI back in March of 2023 that resulted in a cabbage. The evening of patients dated approximately six hours ago, started with the rapid heart rate, nausea, and vomiting. He said, been on ease. That's why he called for the ambulance. When we arrived, is awake and alert and skin is warm and dry. His color is good. His lungs are clear, belly is soft. He will still complain in nausea and vomiting. Not able to keep anything down. Patient denied any chest pain, any shortness of breath of the present time. Initial sound vitals, he had a rapid heart rate at 122. Plainly a regular initially. And blood pressure 162 over 78. Respirators are 14 and 98% on room air. He's also a diabetic. The patient currently is now without any paint still. They place him on a monitor. It looks like he might have been an A-Fib. However, I didn't really do a 12 lead. He started to throw some PVCs. He's still on multi-fifib. Approximately 8 to 10 a minute. However, he does not complain of any complications. does not complain of any chest pain again. There's 12 leaders such a sinus with some uh... uh... uh... schemic damage but other than that nothing uh... could talk to him about right now he's a heart ring of 76 the blood pressure of 162 over 74 he's received four or so free for the nausea and vomiting which is down uh the nausea he said he's completely fine uh... very good uh... twenty gauge in the left forearm
