4.02-511. I just took an anonymous call from a male party. He stated he was walking on Stoughton Ave when two 16-year-old youth came up on an electric scooter behind him. He stated they started mouthing off to him, pulled what he believes was a weapon from their waistband with a laser on it. He advised them he was calling the police and stated they took off into North Village. No further information other than that, he believes they were 5-7. There was two of them and he refused to give me his information. Okay, receive. I'll be pulling on it still for a minute. 3-7 will take that for a living. Thank you, sir. forward to go two individuals who were walking dogs on still in right by the village they reported that they did not see anybody on scooters or see any type of altercation we'll clear it out
