I had a call from the subject that worked at the Colonel Fulton Canoe Livery, 219 West Cherry Street, 219 West Cherry. He advised that there is three males that were trying to put kayaks in the water on the property of the business there. He told them that they shouldn't do that due to the danger of the water at this time. He stated that they walked over towards the market where the feed mill used to be, could not give a clothing description, just advised that there were four, correction, three males, possibly about 20 years old.
