Possible heart attack patient transported by ground

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical helicopter was initially dispatched from Jacksonville for a reported heart attack patient near Highways 136 and 9 in Wayland, Missouri. The flight was later canceled after the patient was transported by ground ambulance.
