Woman falls off bike, injured at railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female fell off her bicycle near north Albion Street at the railroad tracks. She was unconscious at first but is now conscious and breathing. She has scratches on her head, shoulders, and hands. Medical response was dispatched.
