Originally the RP said that they looked deceased and didn't feel comfortable approaching. Then advised that they saw one of the male's arms move. They did confirm best access is going to be from Marin Street. And the subjects are near the fence that separates Burger King in the cemetery. One of the subjects' face was down in the dirt. No paraphernalia or weapons seen around them. And now the RP is updating that they may have overdosed.
