Motorcycles weaving through traffic nearly hit pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near North Franklin Street and Seventh Street for a report of several motorcycles and a dirt bike weaving through traffic, splitting lanes, and nearly hitting a pedestrian while heading northbound, after reportedly starting near a fast food restaurant.
