12-year-old bleeds after brick wall impact on river trail

They do have a compression on it with a T-shirt, but from where their phone is plotting, it looks like they're going to be on the trail by the river right behind the Cedar River Tower Housing building, so that way you should be able to park in their park slot and go down the walkway there. They advise they're on the trail across the river from the amphitheater, and that patient is conscious alert and talking.
