Woman reported in cardiac arrest; death confirmed near Loyalty Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire/EMS units were dispatched for a reported cardiac arrest involving an 83-year-old woman at a residence near Loyalty Rd and Water St. Responders subsequently indicated the patient was already deceased/expected death and later confirmed DOA.
