Ongoing argument between couple at Midway Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report from a neighbor about a possible ongoing disturbance between a man and a woman inside an apartment at a Midway Court complex in Waterford. Additional calls appeared to come from nearby apartments in the same building.
