As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious gray Honda Civic in the parking lot of a church near Pine Street in the Washington area. The car was reportedly filled with items and occupied by one male with the interior lights on. An officer arrived and noted a Vietnam veteran license plate, possibly from Ohio.
