1399 West Chestnut Street caller reporting (name withheld) got out of the vehicle slammed the car door and then the caller watched a possibly a child fall out of the back of the vehicle while it was moving fifty four hundred along with the state police your time now 17-6 Okay, 5420 you're in Iraq, 1708. We had some conflicting reports here. As I said on the dispatch, caller believes he saw a child fall out of a vehicle.
