Erratic driver reported on Highway 92 near Westchester

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a gray Buick driving erratically at high speed westbound on Highway 92 from Highway 1 toward the Westchester area, nearly causing several crashes and traveling in both lanes.
