Also started having an unsteady gaited and an ability to walk on his own. Patient is normally 8.0 times 4, but right now we're showing around 8.0 times 3 with the GTS of 14. I didn't go ahead and call a stroke alert on this patient due to the new onset of ulcermental status of unknown origin. Patients, current heart rate is 110 showing sinus attack. with a first-degree block, set 99% on room air. CO2 is sitting at 32 with a respiratory rate of about 22. Last blood pressure was 150 over 76 with the CB143. Oral temp was 98.3. Patient had had no obvious signs of any UTI symptoms as well. We'll be here in about 8 minutes or 20 further. Nothing further. On arrival, regional clear.
