Man threatened to break caller’s neck over truck

C1 called reporting that an individual in Rhode Island had threatened him that he was going to break his neck over a pickup truck.

He has a recording on cassette tape.

Caller did advise that the recording is not that clear because the cassette tape is over.

Thirty years old.
