Reckless driving by red truck with juveniles in sunroof

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a reckless driving complaint about a red GMC truck with juveniles reportedly hanging out of the sunroof, first near Main and Mill in Warsaw and then at a nearby convenience store, before the vehicle headed toward Hamilton and nearly hit a customer while leaving the parking lot.
