Male experiencing mental health crisis on roadside near Winfield Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible mental health situation involving a teenage male rolling on the ground was reported near Winfield and Butterfield roads, near St. James picnic location. An adult male was also present. Two vehicles, possibly a sedan and a pickup truck, were pulled over on the west side of the road.
