00:13
It's going to be a 23 male.
00:15
Chief complaint is going to be fatigue.
00:17
He was hiking.
00:20
All right, so we arrived on scene.
00:22
The patient was hiking for 3 h up the peak out here in Borrego Springs area and got to the top, kind of ran out of water, was feeling some fatigue, and ended up getting dropped by the air rescue helicopter and brought to us down here at the Warner Springs Fire Department.
00:42
I was missing blood pressure.
00:43
They just just was weak, but weakness fatigue.
00:47
Kind of called for help with a long hike back down.
00:50
We got to meet walking to us out of the helicopter.
00:53
We're going to transport.
00:55
Ambulatory.
00:57
Blood pressure right now is the only reason I'm really calling it.
00:59
Blood pressure 174 over 100,
01:01
heart rate 90, sinus on the monitor.
01:03
It's coming down.
01:04
Actually, it was at 80 last check.
01:08
Reading about 18 now.
01:10
She's at ninety-eight percent.
01:11
Says he's.
01:13
So he's starting to feel better, but we're having to go to the hospital.
01:20
As far as psychiatry, it defines all for a history of allergies and that.
01:24
Right now, we've made him aware of all the risks and complications of non-treatment and transport recommended.
01:31
Going to the hospital, and he's been advised he can react to an allergic reaction at any time, and he's going to get a ride back to his car that is nearby.
01:41
And drive himself home and just continue to monitor.
01:46
No treatment for us.
01:47
Just gave him the water and gabapentin.
01:49
And right now he's just going to hang out with us until his ride comes.
01:52
Can I get a call anything else for you right now?
01:54
All right, fifty-nine.
01:56
Sounds like patient is feeling better.
01:58
Does not feel the need to go to the hospital.
02:01
All of his vitals are within normal limits.
02:03
He walks with a steady gait.
02:04
He's A and O times four with a plan to go home and self-monitor.
02:07
He knows he can contact back at any time if needed.
02:10
So as long as he signs your form, you are clear at 17 twenty-three.
