Male injured with handlebar in chest after bicycle accident

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near South Greenwood Avenue in Ware Shoals for a male bicyclist who apparently wrecked or fell, possibly while intoxicated. The bicycle handlebars reportedly went into his chest, and he became verbally combative and had trouble breathing while law enforcement and medical units were on scene.
