Report of possible impaired driver on US 97

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible impaired driver in an older red-brown pickup pulling a travel trailer, northbound on US 97 just southwest of Wapato. The vehicle reportedly tailgated another driver and made gestures before pulling to the shoulder, and the reporting party later advised it had passed and was traveling at a normal speed.
