Man threatened child with gun then drove away

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a caller on Tilly Road that a man threatened a child with what was described as a gun and then left the area in a jeep with wood panels after doing a burnout. Responding units were advised that the weapon was reportedly not shown, only mentioned in the threat.
