Female diabetic semi-conscious after fainting in Walford

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance crews were dispatched to a residence on 2nd Street South in Walford for a woman in her 30s with diabetes who reportedly had passed out and was later semi-awake and breathing.
