Woman with diabetes found unconscious and semi-awake

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance crews were dispatched to the 2nd Street South area in Walford for a reported medical emergency involving an adult woman with diabetes who was initially unconscious and later semi-awake and breathing.
