Woman with diabetes found semi-conscious at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and ambulance crews were dispatched to a residence on 2nd Street South in Walford for a reported medical emergency involving an adult female with diabetes who was previously unconscious and was later semi-awake and breathing.
