Woman found lethargic and weak with possible left-side weakness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to an apartment on North Broadway in Wahoo for a 60-year-old woman who appeared lethargic, weak, and only partially responsive, with possible weakness on her left side. Radio traffic also included separate traffic stops involving vehicles on local roads and a highway.
