Suspicious person waving light at church driveway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious person standing in the driveway near Nazareth Church in Waco and Wagram. The individual reportedly waved a cell phone flashlight to stop a passerby before leaving the area without incident.
