Smoke investigation finds electrical hazard at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported smoke investigation at a home near Scenic Drive. It was updated to a possible electrical hazard after the caller reported a stopped meter and the smell of smoke, which appeared to already be noted on a utility outage map.
