Ambulance has mechanical problem on Loop 463

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance reportedly had a mechanical problem near Loop 463 and Airline Road. Firefighters from Victoria Fire Department were sent to help complete the patient transfer to a nearby hospital.
