Person cut by dog during walk; law enforcement requested

Came on the line and was ranting to the correction to the call taker about the neighbors letting their German Shepherd out while they were on a walk, walking their little dogs.

He done it on purpose and he was requesting law enforcement be en route.

Also advised that he has a cut on his arm, is requesting to go to the hospital.

10-58 is en route.
