Disabled vehicles cause traffic obstruction at Venice intersection
TrafficSignal 4 on injuries. I'm 16. I'm almost 97. I can be that way in a few minutes. 10-4. They advise there's multiple vehicles in red wave with a white work truck on a hood up causing signal 16 or unsure if it was a crash or anything. They also just got a signal 94, the same exact intersection for a grade 4 pickup, advising it's a dead battery. But that caller is 54 or 56.
