Traffic stop and welfare check on pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a red GMC Terrain on South Grant and then checked on a man walking southbound with a cane and a large blue bag near (number withheld) North and 600 East in Van Buren, Indiana. The man was identified and later given a courtesy ride to the north county line. A separate medical call involved a female who was transported by ambulance for a blood sugar issue.
