Non-verbal child found in backyard pool

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to a home near West Water Street in Vallonia after a woman reported that a young child she did not know had jumped into her backyard pool. She reportedly pulled the child from the water and the child appeared to be fine but was non-verbal and the child’s identity and origin were unclear.
