Children toss rocks near vehicles on frontage road

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to the southbound frontage road near the Easy Street overpass for a report that people in a black pickup and another car were throwing rocks at passing vehicles. It was later found to be a disabled vehicle getting help with a tire while nearby children were tossing rocks off the road.
