Upset customer blocks workers at trailer business

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a business on Crocker Drive in Vacaville for a disorderly customer who was upset about closing hours and locked gates and was reportedly blocking employees in the lot. The customer, associated with a gray pickup truck, apparently left the area toward a nearby truck stop before officers arrived. A white Toyota Prius with a visible license plate was also checked and traced to a residence on Wimbledon Court in the same city.
