Underage drivers reported speeding in golf carts and 4x4 vehicles

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of apparent underage individuals driving golf carts and 4x4 vehicles at high speed and recklessly near Third Street and B Street in Utica; they were reported passing the caller’s home during the call.
