Small fire from discarded smoking materials

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a small fire reported near the public works facility on Pleasant Street in Upton. The fire appeared to have already been extinguished and was linked to improperly discarded smoking materials. Units checked the area and then cleared the scene.
