Roommates in dispute over stolen cigarettes

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible domestic dispute between roommates near North Walnut Street after a caller reported a roommate may have stolen cigarettes and locked herself in a room. Previous calls from the same location reportedly involved a domestic issue between the same roommates.
