Man disoriented and falling by truck at community center

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male appearing disoriented and falling over near his truck was reported near South Union Road at the Tulsa Community Center in Union. The man was described as middle-aged to older with gray hair and a beard. The truck was large with lights and possibly white, teal, or gray in color.
