Driver stranded in red sports car in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report of a man in a red sports car that is apparently broken down on the east side of a parking lot near Burlington Road in Union Grove. A passerby reported that he may not have a phone to call for assistance.
