it did appeared to be the same motorcycle and description of suspects^

I saw them going to a red light on 35th Street and palisade avenue later in the day or not too long before that happened I reported it to the Union City PD said they were heading south on palisade avenue when I made the phone call the description well I didn't want to appear to be a motorcycle or a large scooter with mask on and hoods good luck x Union City PD about that call.
