As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to the Walmart off Jonesboro Road (across Shannon Parkway) for a report that a young child (about 5 years old) was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot. The caller reported the child was injured, but the child’s breathing/conscious status was unclear in radio traffic.
