Pedestrian walking home with groceries on Highway 54

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a report of a pedestrian walking along Highway 54. Dispatch noted only one call about the person. The individual was later reported to be walking home to a residence off Highway JJ with groceries.
