Possible home break-in reported on Scenic Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a report of possible burglary activity near Scenic Drive in Two Harbors after a caller observed someone on a home security camera in the driveway and on the deck. The camera feed went dark, and the caller later reported hearing sounds suggesting someone may be inside the residence.
