High-speed driving complaint on Highway 61

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a dark passenger car reportedly traveling northbound on Highway 61 toward Two Harbors at speeds over 90 miles per hour. Responding units were unable to locate the vehicle up to the Canyon area.
