Domestic dispute involving man using drugs

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement responded to a reported domestic disturbance in the Twilight area. A man, believed to be under the influence of drugs, was said to be traveling toward his mother's home on Concord Road. Units attempted contact with the family but received no response.
